12 or 14 Month Duration
12 month program in South Australia and Queensland.
14 month program in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

Get to know the business side behind the biggest shipping line in the world, and a company that offers a variety of career pathways.
Multi-Department Training
Experience learning in a range of departments within the local office as part of a well-rounded program.
Sample life as part of teams such as Customer Service, Operations, Container Control, Accounts, Sales, Marketing and more.
Best of Both Worlds
Get 12 months to complete a Certificate III in Business during your traineeship. Your certification is fully funded by MSC (so you don't need to pay to study) and you are given time during working hours to complete units (so you don't need to take your study home with you).
From Ship to Shore
Spend time with MEDLOG, a transport and landside division of the MSC Group. Tour their sites, learn about the Group's end-to-end solutions and discover more about their exponential growth in the region.

Since its inception, the MSC Traineeship Program has delivered exceptional outcomes, achieving a 100% success rate. Every trainee who has participated in the program has progressed into full-time employment with MSC following the successful completion of their traineeship.
